We are delighted you have taken the time to learn about Christ the King School. The admissions staff welcomes the opportunity to meet and talk with you personally. Please contact us by telephone at (615) 777-8975 to speak to Admissions Director, Dianne Gerth. We accept applications for admission on an ongoing basis.

Step 1

Complete and submit an online application.
Please include requested records and teacher recommendation.

Report Cards, Standardized Testing, Birth Certificate, etc. can be uploaded at the time of application or emailed to the Admissions Office.

Step 2

Visit Christ the King.

Schedule a Shadow Day (1st-8th grade applicants) or complete a Kindergarten screening on December 2.

Step 3

Acceptance Letters will be mailed to all students in late February.

Once accepted, complete the online enrollment forms, sign up for the FACTS tuition accounts and pay your deposit

Applying for PreK or Kindergarten?

PreK Recommendations should be sent to current teachers in the Fall before the entering year. Contact Mrs. Dianne Gerth for more information.

Any documents can be uploaded at the time of application or emailed to Mrs. Gerth.

At the time of Kindergarten Screening, Parents and Current PreK Teachers will be issued a questionnaire that accompanies the DIAL-4 Screening Tool. These will be distributed a few weeks before the Kindergarten Screening.

Applying for Grades 1-8?

Teacher Recommendations will be sent to teachers through the FACTS system when applying online.

Report Cards, Standardized Testing, Birth Certificate, etc. can be uploaded at the time of application or emailed to Mrs. Gerth.
