Campus Traffic - Important notes:
With the increase in traffic that came to the block when our friends at Martin's BBQ Joint opened their doors, we need a better way to keep our students safe during athletics practices and competitions. We're asking all parents to pick up and drop off student-athletes only on the drive in back, off Oakland Avenue. Coaches will not allow students to be picked up from the Belmont Avenue exits of the building.
The Gym entrance off the drive provides adequate room for parking and provides better lighting for the fall and winter months.
For both athletics and normal dismissal, under no circumstances should parents park across the street at either Martin's or Bi-Rite
and direct children to cross the street. Thanks for your cooperation with these measures to keep our children safe.
Please be sure only to park on the left side of the driveway leading from the Oakland Avenue entrance to the church parking lot. Individuals have parked on the right side and caused traffic flow to be impeded. And that's never fun for anyone. Please be surenever to park on the right side of the back driveway. Thank you.
During morning drop-off, please do not allow students to leave vehicles until you are at the corner of the building, past the yellow stenciled "no parking" marks on the pavement. Remain in the lane until the cars ahead clear - in the interest of safety for all,
please do not pull out of line and pass on the left.
